Karaelmas Educational Sciences Journal (KEBD) is a refereed journal published electronically biannually by Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University Ereğli Faculty of Education. The journal generally includes works related to educational policies, research, technology and applications and is a publication that adopts an open access approach that appeals to academics, researchers and all educational practitioners from every country and discipline interested in these fields.
